1)    Shipping is FREE anywhere within India: ·          Diamond Products are shipped thru Blue Dart/ Speed Post / Registered Post Parcel, Non-Diamond Products thru Blue Dart / Speed Post / Registered Post Parcel. All parcels are fully Insured.     Speed Post is the safest & most Secured mode of shipping Diamond Parcels: Products when shipped thru Insured Speed Post usually take 3/ 4 days for Delivery post shipment.  It services to all small and big towns in India, so as to reach all you customers safely.    

2)       International Shipments: We charge only additional US$20 for Diamond Parcels & US$13 for Non-Diamond Parcels. To save on shipping charges you can club your purchase.  EU Customers will have to bear VAT & TAX as applicable in their respective countries on the selling price. (There are no Taxes & Duties in USA)   Please Note that the total to be paid to us is only the Selling Price + Shipping. The rest, VAT + taxes are to be paid to parcel force/Royal mail or any other local delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Our fine diamonds and timeless jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are less then entirely satisfied and wish to return , you can return any order for a credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.

How to return an order:

1. Please email us at cs@suratdiamond.com and let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No

2. Send us the jewelry with the original packing materials and let us know the item tracking no by return email once you mail it .

3. Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including SDJ security tag, packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a freight approved package (the post office has these available if you do not).

4. Send the package by Priority Registered/EXPRESS Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.

However if the value of the items being returned is over $500, we recommend sending the package via USPS as FedEx and UPS will not insure goods over $500. For returns of over $500 from outside the US, please contact a 3rd party insurance company to arrange coverage. SDJ is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping OF returns

5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.For Jewelry Out of India, Please mail the package to our Distributor in USA  Pls do not mail it to our India office if you are posting it from Out of India.

NOTE: Please be careful NOT write jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:

The item MUST be received at SDJ WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS of shipment for the refund. Any items received after this period will not be accepted for refund.Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent from SDJ. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than SDJ), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Custom made orders like orders with engraving, special finger sizes cannot be accepted back for a return (refund, exchange or repair).

The original SDJ guarantee card must still be with the item in order for refunds to be processed.special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be resized or returned for a refund or exchange unless there is an error.

SDJ or its distributors will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made by Paypal only for international customers for Indian customers we can issue cheque, or demand draft.All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Refunds take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
